The Canadian Interagency Forest Fire Centre (CIFFC) provides coordination of resource sharing, mutual aid and information sharing to its Member Agencies. CIFFC also serves as a collective focus and facilitator of wildland fire cooperation and coordination, both nationally and internationally, in long-range fire management planning, program delivery, and human resource strategies.
We are currently looking for a professional and reliable Fire Centre Manager. This position is responsible for the management and operation of the national CIFFC Coordination Centre in Winnipeg.
CIFFC is offering two employment options:
1) permanent full-time, or
2) a 12 month secondment which will include housing provided by CIFFC.
